International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Currently, we are unable to pre-calculate shipping to any country outside of the U.S. Please contact us if you are located in another country and want to place an order. We will ask for your shipping address in order to calculate the shipping cost and provide you with a quote.

Terms and Conditions of International Orders

NBH Co. does not guarantee lead times to other countries. This is due to the possibility of shipments being held in customs.
NBH Co. does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
NBH Co. does not pay for any customs, duties, taxes, fees or any other costs associated with international shipping. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
NBH Co. will not issue a refund for a refused shipment.
Also be aware that some credit card companies charge a fee for converting currency to dollars
What are my payment choices?
  NBH Co. only accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard for international orders. Payment must be authorized and received in full before your order is shipped. Depending on the dollar value of the order, we may email or fax a credit card authorization form for you to sign and fax to our credit department,
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  International shipments are considered "ordered" once authorized payment is received in full. The order will ship within the lead time indicated on the product web page from the point "ordered".

Shipping charges are quoted on all international shipments. Currently international shipping charges cannot be calculated through the website. If you are interested in placing an order, you will need to contact us with your shipping address and we will provide a quote with the shipping cost.

What is the return policy?

NBH Co. will accept returns of items in sellable condition. Items that have been installed and removed, damaged or items with noticeable wear and tear can't be accepted for return because they cannot be resold to future customers.

Due to safety concerns NBH Co. will not accept returns of full face respirators, half face respirators, particulate masks or respirator parts/accessories. This is to avoid any contamination from handling by customers. Sealed cartridge packs and filter packs will be accepted if returned in sealed and resell-able condition.

To return an item, contact customer service and you will be given a return authorization. Usually an RGA form will be emailed to you to enclose in the shipment. This will ensure that your credit is processed correctly and as quickly as possible. Please allow a week from the date your package is received at our warehouse for our credit department to authorize and process your credit.

A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to returns sent at the discretion of the buyer. Product information and specifications are available online to assist you in purchasing our products. We have experts who are willing to assist you via phone, email, or instant chat. It is the responsibility of the buyer to perform due diligence in selecting a product. If you purchase an item that wasn't what you intended and want to return it, it will be considered at your discretion. This is used to cover the cost of receiving, checking-in, inspecting, returning product to the shelf, and processing relevant paper work associated with the return. The buyer is also responsible to cover the cost of shipping to return the product.

In the event of an error of NBH Co. all shipping costs will be covered by NBH Co. and no Restocking Fee will be charged.
