Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  When your order is shipped we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. This email will include a tracking number and link to the shipping carrier so you can easily track your shipment.

You can also track the status of your order by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

You may cancel your order and receive a full credit only if you notify us prior to shipment of the order. Once the order has shipped you will need to return the order through our returns process, and be subject to applicable restocking charges.

You may change quantities prior to shipment of the order as well. Once the order has shipped you will need to either place another order for additional product or return part of your order through our returns process, and be subject to applicable restocking charges.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. Check the Shipment Tracking Number(s) to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and were delivered. If you still feel an item is missing please contact customer service for assistance.

Please note that our shipping process requires that every ordered is verified by a second employee to increase the accuracy of order fulfillment. Every order is weighed with a digital scale prior to shipping and the weight is stored in our system, In the event of a dispute, the order will be re-pulled and weighed to examine if the original order was filled properly.

My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and were delivered. Check to make certain that what you are missing was actually ordered. If you feel that you are missing parts of a product please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Back orders are treated as a top priority by our purchasing department. We strive to supply our customers with the products they need as quickly as possible. To do so we stock inventory at levels appropriate for expected levels of demand. If you have a product back ordered we will place an order with our vendor as soon as possible. As a rule of thumb, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to receive product from most (but not all) of our vendors. We will then ship your product the same day as it is received by our warehouse.
